Defrauded miners-shareholders of Lebedinsky GOK contacted the editorial office of the VChK-OGPU telegram channel and Rucriminal.info with a statement about the beginning of their preparation of a case about the largest scam of the century involving Farhad Moshiri and Alisher Usmanov and about the reasons for fabricating a case of "extortion" for the family of Andrei Burkin, one of the representatives of the miners (we talked about his story in detail).
"It should be noted that Usmanov does not spare money on lawyers, buying out even those who are in Berlin and London. Alisher Burkhanovich personally called the first lawyer (Mr. Petrenko), who sent a telegram to Metalloinvest, and invited him to cooperate himself!", - the miners said. Now, Alisher Usmanov has retired, judging by the definition of his lawyer Ilya Rybalkin - Alisher Burkhanovich is an indirect shareholder.
If Usmanov is indirect, then who is behind the scam of the century with the large-scale deception of miners and steelmakers of the Belgorod region?
Let us recall the essence of the miners' claims against Usmanov. The miners lost their shares in the mining and processing plant during the forced buyout, which was carried out by Usmanov's structures at prices far from market prices. The assessment was carried out by the company "Gorislavtsev and Co. Assessment", which proceeded from the fact that the official revenue of the mining and processing plant amounted to less than 1 billion dollars. However, as the miners claim, in reality the revenue was understated by at least three times. For the purposes of tax optimization, the products were sold at reduced prices to Usmanov's offshore companies (BGMT and FMC ltd.), and they then sold them at market prices. As a result, the actual revenue of the mining and processing plant was at least $3 billion. This is not just a story about a share buyback. This is a story about tens of thousands of ordinary workers of Lebedinsky GOK, whose shares were forcibly seized at a reduced price. And about those who tried to achieve justice - and ended up behind bars. Andrei and Victoria Burkin, representatives of the minority shareholders' initiative group, were arrested on charges of "extortion" from a structure associated with Metalloinvest. As the VChK-OGPU found out, in the criminal case against Andrei and Victoria Burkin, the "victims" are listed as... Alisher Usmanov.

According to OEMK minority shareholders, Usmanov was suing his wallet and money laundering machine, Farhad Moshiri, in the Moscow arbitration court! It is Moshiri who is responsible for (non)payment of taxes in the EU and control over all of Usmanov's financial flows, carried out through a network of offshore companies and family trusts.
"Judging by the lifting of the arrest from Moshiri's accounts in UBS, the Usmanov vs. Moshiri case in a closed Moscow court was needed to whiten the reputation of Metalloinvest shareholder Farhad Moshiri through demonstrative self-isolation from the "virtuous Usmanov". A convenient scheme for paying all of Usmanov's expenses, including the German and London lawyers of the Kremlin oligarch!" - the interlocutors of the VChK-OGPU are indignant.
The desperate minority shareholders of Lebedinsky GOK tried to reach that part of the oligarch's heart that is responsible for humanity and empathy and continue to send him requests to release Burkin's family. Judging by conversations with the investigator who was leading the case against Burkin, empathy and sympathy were found even in the police officer who, realizing the ordered nature of the charges against the miner Burkin, tried to save his wife Victoria from illegal imprisonment: "the decision about your husband was made at the very top! I am doing everything and even more than your lawyer to keep you from going to jail..." The editorial office of the VChK-OGPU and Rucriminal.info received several letters from miners that can be called a "cry from the heart". However, the miners of Lebedinsky GOK have already realized that with the same success you can call on a shark or a crocodile to release its victim from its mouth. We remind you that the Burkin family from the city of Gubkin fell victim to oligarchic tyranny.
After his illegal arrest on a fabricated extortion case, Sergey Chibisov, head of the legal department of JSC LGOK, gathered a group of elderly LGOK shareholders in March 2025 with an offer of financial assistance in exchange for... recognizing the court's decision regarding the Burkin family as fair! That is, the oligarch backs up the decision of the most unfair court in the world by determining a group of LGOK minority shareholders who issued notarized powers of attorney to Andrey Burkin!
“Obviously, such an initiative can only belong to Ilya Rybalkin and is used like the “Open Letter” of miners that he fabricated with a laudatory ode to Metalloinvest and its indirect shareholder,” the miners say.
At the same time, the group of minority shareholders was joined by the deceived metallurgists of OEMK and, as it turned out, they took a different path, sending statements about the crimes of the Kremlin oligarch to American lawyers and attorneys who were capable of not accepting Usmanov’s invitation, as Andrei Burkin did last time. their negotiations with Metalloinvest lawyers, when he was offered 48 million rubles (500 thousand euros) as a "management bonus". The very fact of these documented negotiations in the Continental Hotel, Belgorod, Usmanov's lawyers, of course, deny!
