How a story from the past life of the newly appointed Chairman of the Supreme Court of Buryatia, Aida Bidogaeva, can turn into a reason for the sudden end of her career, which has not yet begun, was told by a source of the VChK-OGPU.
As is known, the Zheleznodorozhny district of Ulan-Ude is the fiefdom of the Bidogaev couple, where Aida Yuryevna worked for a long time as an employee of the District Prosecutor's Office, and the latter's husband, Viktor Bidogaev, was the head of the Department of Internal Affairs for the Zheleznodorozhny district of Ulan-Ude.
Subsequently, Aida Bidogaeva was appointed a judge of the Zheleznodorozhny district of Ulan-Ude, and later moved from the position of Deputy Chairman of the district court to the Supreme Court of Buryatia, where she worked up to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of Buryatia, from where she was appointed to the position of Chairman of the Supreme Court of Buryatia.
It is no secret that the conclusion of the High Qualification Collegium of Judges of the Russian Federation is preceded by a check of the candidate by the relevant departments of the FSB of Russia, which supervise the "principle" of independence of the courts, and which ignored the facts of the Bidogaev couple's involvement in construction scams, where an affiliated construction company, Baikal Capital Stroy LLC, strangely won a tender for the construction of an apartment building under the program for resettlement from emergency housing in the Kyakhtinsky District of Buryatia, committed (established by the investigation) violations of building codes, as a result of which the building was destroyed, and the money safely ended up in the pocket of the Bidogaev couple. Only by a lucky chance there were no victims. At the "family" council, chaired by Aida Yuryevna, it was decided that the scapegoat would be the Head of the municipality, Alexander Buyantuev, with whom Aida Yuryevna's relative, at that time, the acting investigator of the Main Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Buryatia Andrei Bardakhanov, was supposed to "talk" in secret and convince him to take the blame, promising that the most lenient measures would be applied to him both at the stage of the investigation and in court, which, as is known, happened. The FSB of Russia also ignored the fact that Aida Yuryevna took an active part in attempts to rescue the above-mentioned relative, Andrei Bardakhanov, when in 2021, already in the position of deputy head of the Main Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Buryatia, he was caught taking a bribe on an especially large scale, most of which he was subsequently supposed to transfer to the then Minister of Internal Affairs of Buryatia Kudinov. Active assistance in documenting the criminal activities of Andrei Bardakhanov was provided by the former chairman of the bankrupt Baikal Bank, Vitaly Avdeev, who was already in prison at that time. He harbored a grudge against Andrei Bardakhanov, to whom the banker transferred more than 10 million rubles for not bringing him to criminal responsibility and, in fact, deliberately set up Bardakhanov by sending his lawyer to him, who subsequently transferred the bribe under the supervision of FSB operatives. The archival materials of the ORM from 2018/2019 should have preserved an audio recording of the conversation between Avdeev and Bardakhanov, where the latter refers to his high-ranking relative in the Supreme Court of Buryatia - Aida Bidogaeva, who "supervises" (she herself appointed the chairperson of this court) the Zheleznodorozhny Court of Ulan-Ude and will ensure the desired decision. These promises could have been put into practice, if not for the public outcry caused by the fact that the theft from Baikal Bank was part of a federal-scale scam with a total loss of 7 billion, which prompted Bidogaeva to refuse to "support" the case.
Considering that the security agencies do not see in the described circumstances a reason to think about the advisability of appointing Bidogaeva, the events that will be discussed below may become an unexpected "surprise" for them.
We will talk about a little-known Buryat entrepreneur - Borodin Andrey, who, being today actually the wallet of the Bidogaev couple, provides the latter with the opportunity to receive a monthly income without getting involved in various "shady" affairs.
A stable source of income became possible thanks to the efforts of Aida Yuryevna, who took guardianship over the negligent businessman Borodin A.M. back in 2018, when the latter, according to the results of tax audits, owed the state more than 45 million rubles.
Warm relations with the Bidogaevs helped Borodin A.M. not only to avoid criminal liability in the Zheleznodorozhny Court of Ulan-Ude (the criminal case was delayed until amendments were made to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, which changed the classification of tax crimes, which made it possible to terminate the case against Borodin in 2020 due to the expiration of the statute of limitations - on non-rehabilitating grounds), but also to preserve assets. Here we must pay tribute to the experience and creative talent of Aida Yuryevna, who, using her influence on the Chairman of the same notorious Zheleznodorozhny Court of Ulan-Ude Pavel Semashko, convinced the latter to "consider" the family dispute between Borodin A.M. and his ex-wife regarding the division of jointly acquired property, at the very time when active investigative actions were being carried out against Borodin A.M., and all commercial real estate objects worth more than 300 million rubles were under arrest within the framework of criminal case No. 117117028100335283, based on the determination of the Sovietsky District Court of Ulan-Ude dated September 28, 2018. Contrary to the judicial practice in force at that time, which excluded the division of future loan payments between spouses, as well as the existing arrests on real estate objects within the framework of the criminal case under investigation against Borodin A.M., the Zheleznodorozhny Court of Ulan-Ude nevertheless went ahead with the adoption of a biased decision on the division and transferred commercial real estate objects worth more than 300 million rubles to the ex-wife - Alexandra Borodina, leaving only two garages and a 2004 car for the defendant. Obviously, these circumstances could not go unnoticed by the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for Buryatia, which could and should have joined the civil dispute and prevented the withdrawal of assets that ensured the repayment of damages from the crime committed, but here too, apparently, the "charm" of the heroine of this publication played a role.
According to a source of the VChK-OGPU, Aida Yuryevna could estimate her participation in the amount of half of the assets withdrawn from Borodin A.M., including income from the lease of these objects. In order to exclude a direct connection between Bidogaeva and commercial properties, it was decided to formally leave them in the ownership of Borodin A.M.'s wife, but at the same time, control and accounting for cash flows from the lease of these objects should be ensured by a person controlled by the Bidogaevs - IP Pudnik S.A., through whose accounts the main rental flow passed, the official part of which amounted to an average of 100 million rubles per year. It is important to note the role of the then head of the Federal Tax Service of Buryatia, Maria Li, who, despite pressure from Bidogaeva A. Yu. and other "fixers" in the person of individual representatives of the Government of Buryatia, maintained her critical professional position in relation to Borodin A. M. and agreed only to terminate the criminal case on non-rehabilitating grounds, categorically refusing to review the results of the on-site tax audit. It seemed like the end of the tale, but Aida Yuryevna did not take into account that while she was busy preserving the assets that had already become "common", Borodin A. M. was already hastily preparing "escape routes" in warm Spain, where he and his wife acquired elite real estate in the respectable area of Marbella and bought up commercial properties. The Borodins, who suddenly burst into the social life of Marbella, almost immediately became the object of attention from the Russian-speaking community, among which the Borodins developed close relationships with a certain "native" of Kyiv - Katerina Pasternak (at least such data is indicated in her possible cover documents) and her boyfriend named Oleksandr. Frequent joint pastime, common interests and love for European values brought new friends closer. Since the beginning of the well-known events of 2022, the friendship not only did not cease, but also acquired new aspects. Thus, the head of the Borodin family A.M., being under the strong influence of new friends, decided to apply for political asylum in Spain, citing illegal prosecution in the above-mentioned criminal case for tax evasion, which Bidogaeva "resolved" with such zeal. So, since 2022, for the purpose of periodic control over the business, only Borodin's wife, Alexandra, flies to Russia, whose mission is only to collect and withdraw rental funds to Spain.
The abrupt change in the Borodins' political views could not go unnoticed by Bidogaeva, who began to guess about the possible consequences of such a friendship and in 2024, during the period of consideration of her candidacy for the post of Chairperson of the Supreme Court of Buryatia, she decides to leave the "joint business".
How events will develop with the Borodins' assets after Aida Yuryevna was appointed Chairperson of the Supreme Court of Buryatia, time will tell.
