VChK-OGPU and Rucriminal.info continue their series of publications on the activities of Shukhrat Rasulov's IT Holding, the founder of the TERRA business club, and his closest partners.

Yuri Kvashonkin, the nominal beneficiary of the ABCex exchange and the CEO of Lacoste LLC, became its sole owner and CEO in 2022. Formally, the company specializes in software development, but in reality, it is used as a front for Rasulov's financial operations. The company is registered in the prestigious Federation Tower in Moscow City (3rd floor), where the back office of the associated crypto exchange ABCeX is also located. Lacoste's financial performance is unusually high for a small IT business: revenue for 2024 amounted to over 266 million rubles, with negative net profit. This indicates that significant funds are flowing through the company's account. It is also known that Anton Moskalenko, Rasulov's closest associate, was listed as a Lacoste employee and simultaneously oversaw the operations of the fintech firm Antarex. Thus, Lacoste is one of the operational links in Rasulov's schemes.
Most importantly, Lacoste is implicated in the illegal transfer of funds from Russia.
