The Cheka-OGPU and Rucriminal.info obtained a response to an appeal to the Council of Judges of Russia regarding the interest of the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Chechen Republic, Alavdin Gardaloyev, in the outcome of a civil case brought by a certain Khasan Ediev against Ukrainian billionaire Konstantin Grigorishin. Ediev presented some papers, claiming they were Grigorishin's promissory notes for $230 million. Miraculously, the Gudermes Court, then headed by Gardaloyev, upheld the claim in full. Grigorishin himself was wanted by that time, having been accused of tax evasion by the Investigative Committee of Russia. The organizers of the scam were well aware of this and attempted to use the successful lawsuit to seize the businessman's assets—Moscow apartments, a house, and land in the Moscow region.
The response from Popravko, Chairman of the Disciplinary Commission of the Council of Judges of Russia, is a formal reply. He writes that "information about Gardaloev's personal interest has not been objectively confirmed." Let's help Popravko with this very confirmation. Just look closely at this photo, and it immediately becomes clear who commissioned and who executed this case. Now it's clear why two volumes of the civil case were lost and the Russian Supreme Court's request to retrieve the case was ignored.
Pictured below, from left to right: Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Chechen Republic Alavdin Gardaloev, plaintiff in the civil case against Grigorishin, Khasan Ediev, and State Duma Deputy Akhmed Dagayev.

We're simply curious: how did Popravko fail to see any personal interest in Gardaloev, posing with the plaintiff in the civil case, in which the latter was disciplined by the High Qualification Qualification Commission of the Russian Federation for the loss of two volumes of the case? Does the new Chairman of the Supreme Court of Russia, Igor Krasnov, agree with this position?!
This case has been under consideration by the Supreme Court of Chechnya for almost two years. The head of the Chechen Armed Forces is now Alavdin Gardaloev.
