In the last article, we reported that absolutely all positive notes about the oligarch in the media, including Western ones, were trivially bought for money. Moreover, Rakishev pays for positive articles about the entire top of Kazakhstan, including the creation of its representatives of ideal biographies in Wikipedia.
However, according to the documents at the disposal
rucriminal.info, Rakishev also gives the go-ahead and money for negative materials in relation to certain persons. These are mainly representatives of the opposition of the current government of Kazakhstan. However, among those whom he ordered to attack, there was a completely unexpected figure.
Kenes Rakishev instructed Daniyar Ashimbayev (a staff member of the “top” of Kazakhstan) to “wet” the eldest daughter of President Nazarbayev Dariga, calling her a “lady with a narcotic consciousness”.
Handing out the next instructions and highlighting the unrecorded cash to his accomplices, Rakishev wrote, obviously, with a grin, “kick Darigush”.
As you can imagine, he did it not by chance. Dariga Nazarbayeva is among the possible receivers of Nursultan Nazarbayev. In the same list of potential receivers in prominent places was Rakishev's father-in-law, Imangali Tasmagambetov.
As can be seen from the correspondence between Rakishev and Ashimbaev, the latter fulfills Rakishev’s instructions regarding image support for various people. For example, on March 12, 2012, Ashimbaev sent to Rakishev his proposals on a PR program for Asset Issekeshev, then vice-premier of the Kazakh government and minister of industry and new technologies.
There were cases when Ashimbaev employees complained that they had to write advertising materials in the interests of Rakishev's SAT & Company. So, on January 30, 2011, the user “rittaa” from the “[email protected]” mailbox sent Ashimbaeva to the [email protected] address a draft article in which she said that the material turned out to be so-so, because “hands are in shit”.
Judging by the letter of Ashimbaev to Rakishev dated March 12, 2012, sent from the box “[email protected]” to the address “[email protected]” Ashimbaeva and Isekesheva were introduced by Rakishev. In this letter, Ashimbaev expresses his
proposals regarding the content of a PR program that could improve and correct Isekeshev’s image.
According to the materials at the disposal of rucriminal.info, a certain person works under Rakishev and Ashimbaev under the pseudonym “Ludan Ludan”, who is responsible for creating negative materials about foreigners and Dariga Nazarbayeva and positive about Rakishev and the “top” of Kazakhstan in foreign languages.
It is through “Ludan Ludan” that Ashimbaev reports to journalists and authors working for him, his instructions and customers (first of all, Rakishev) regarding the content and orientation of the materials.
For example, on February 23, 2013, Ashimbaev sent a letter to “Ludan Ludan” marked “topic for Charles”, in which he instructed “to run over this material” and explained how this should be done.
Apparently, “Charles”, mentioned above, does not speak Russian. This is evidenced by the letter of Ashimbaev dated February 18, 2013 “Ludan Ludan” with the following content: “Malenkam, may Charles remake a great material about Hrapunov in accordance with these conditions.” Terms are written in English. At the same time, in addition to English, Charles speaks French and German.
For example, on January 29, 2013, Daniyar Ashimbaev wrote “Ludan Ludan”: “Charles must, based on these materials and previously published, make 3 articles — 2 in French and 1 in English.”
It was not possible to establish the total number of foreign journalists and authors who, with the mediation of “Ludan Ludan”, orders Daniyar Ashimbaev and Kenes Rakishev.
Judging by the letter “Ludan Ludan” dated January 31, 2012, in which a file with materials on 99 pages, called “materials of charles2.docx” were attached, at that time there were at least two performers.
