In 2020, the head of the group of restoration companies Yarmosh Yevgeny Anatolyevich and one of his employees Zavadskaya Elena Nikolaevna were arrested. The essence of the claims of Part 4 of Art. 159, paragraphs "a", "b" part 4 174.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - embezzlement of more than 190 million rubles during the restoration of the St. Petersburg Conservatory.

For more than three years, entrepreneurs with great experience, a reputation as professionals and excellent characteristics have been behind bars.

But there is another side to this story - the customer and initiator of Yarmosh's problems. Details at Rucriminal.info.

In St. Petersburg for many years, Nikitin Roman Viktorovich led a diverse activity.

Nikitin owned a car dealership Avtodom LLC (7805494732), which was located at the famous St. Petersburg car market in Avtovo. Actually, the salon was an excellent cover for active cash trading.

In 2018, Nikitin went to work as a restorer, skillfully creating problems and immediately solving them for the owner of Revolis LLC, Andrey Lyubotinsky, who, being a relative of the head of ZAO RPNC SPECIALIST, regularly received “fat” contracts.

Nikitin's main trump card was a long-standing friendship (since the time of the military institute) with Maxim Viktorov - on February 13, 2020, he was a lieutenant colonel of the Directorate T of the FSB for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region

Nikitin was a kind of "bridge" between the world of money and crime and a resource capable of solving virtually any issue for Viktorov, and Viktorov for Nikitin.

Thus, in 2018, having gained power over the soft-bodied Lyubotinsky, Nikitin finally believed in himself. At one of the tenders, which was routinely distributed among "pocket" restorers, the question arose - to whom to give? - the unstable Lyubotinsky or the proven Yaromsh, the choice fell on the latter.

For Nikitin, this was a slap in the face that he could not bear. According to a Rucriminal.info source, meetings between Nikitin and Yarmosh began, which initially took place in an aggressive format from Nikitin.

Yarmosh relented and let Nikitin go to the received object (Utkina Dacha) to perform work, allocating him a certain amount. Nikitin calmed down a bit and decided to be friends with Yarmosh, and at the same time collect compromising evidence and make good money on Yarmosh's handouts.

This went on for a couple of years, in the inner circle of Yarmosh they explained the situation as follows: “Nikitin is like a tick, it’s easier to throw him crumbs and while he gnaws them, you can work quietly,” it really was.

But Nikitin's appetites grew, he bought car after car, apartment after apartment, and he wanted more and more.

And Yaromsh began to get tired of Nikitin's exorbitant ambitions, the second time Nikitin did not raise a fuss, but simply leaked all the dirt collected on Yaromsh to the Investigative Committee, not without the support of the FSB

Nikitin himself has already got used to the restoration field, if at the beginning of his “career” he took 30% of the budget for himself (count 10% for himself and 20% rollback), now there is an iron rule - 20% for all work and materials, the rest in your pocket.

The main territories of Nikitin are: Kronstadt administration (and facilities), Vesyegonsk administration (and facilities) and Vsevolozhsk administration (and facilities).

The scheme is simple in the directions: Kronstadt and Vesyegonsk (here Nikitin has a house and several hectares of land, he calls himself a landowner) - this is the territory of Revolis LLC - where Nikitin is in charge.

Vsevolozhsky district - the territory of Plan-A LLC - where Dmitry Pliskach is in charge.

They steal mercilessly, firms that do not have construction licenses, with a staff of 1.5 diggers, receive diversified contracts. Nikitin and the Kronstadt administration spent 280 million rubles a year for the "restoration" of school No. 425 in Kronstadt.

In December 2022, Nikitin was arrested, formally on a bribe, and locked up in Crosses, but in fact it was an echo of the old conflict with the former FSB FSB captain Vladimir Terekhov - a sensational story when, on the order of Maxim Viktorov, Nikitin's fighters played an accident with Terekhov. Then in 2020, Viktorov, Nikitin and accomplices spent half a year in a detention center and under house arrest (Nikitin, because he sang like a nightingale about Viktorov’s affairs) and got off with fines.

At the moment, we do not have accurate information about the status of Nikitin, it can be assumed that since Revolis received a state order and leased a BMW X6 in May, it is possible that Nikitin was changed the measure.

The personality of Pliskach also deserves attention, in the criminal structures of St. Petersburg he is better known as "Parachute" - an experienced drug dealer, had several laboratories. His network distributed heroin, hashish and speed. He was famous for always evading punishment. His subordinates and even his best friend and partner Andrei Sinyukhin, better known as "Airplane", sat down for him.

After the arrest of Samolet, Pliskach again remained at large (Sinyukhin claims that Pliskach is an informer) and slowed down for a while with drugs, switching to a less dangerous cash out. On this wave, they became close to Nikitin - Pliskach bought cash from a car dealership.

Then Pliskach's cash-out network grew and Nikitin began to send clients to Pliskach, receiving a percentage. And after Pliskach began to cash out and the budget new money for Nikitin.

Apparently in gratitude, Nikitin promoted Pliskach to the territory, entrusting him with Plan-A LLC, which previously belonged to Nikitin Roman's close friend, Kirill (also Nikitin).
