As it became known to the Cheka-OGPU and Rucriminal.info, the ICR is investigating a murder case, in which it requires the defendants to testify against a political prisoner, the former head of the Serpukhov district, Alexander Shestun. Shestun himself believes that another provocation is being prepared against him.

On August 30, 2016, Eduard Musin, a lawyer, human rights activist and founder of one of the largest computer forums in Ru-Board, Ru-Board, was murdered in the village of Obolensk near Moscow. The murder took place at 5.30 am, the killer fired one shot from a small-caliber weapon. The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case under part 1. Article 105 of the Criminal Code "Murder". Various versions of the murder were worked out: both the everyday version and those related to professional activities. For the period of August 2016, Shestun was already in operational development, one of the versions of Musin's murder was a contract killing ordered by Shestun, but it was not possible to connect Shestun with the murder, even using operational control methods. The murder case lay on the shelf until January 2023, when a weapon was sold through the Internet ad platform, the buyer, when registering the weapon, as expected, submitted it for examination, shot it and it turned out that Musin was killed from it. The seller was very quickly identified and detained, it turned out to be Georgy Sazonchik, who confessed to the murder. Sazonchik in 2016 headed the local Obolensk MBU "Albatros", the type of activity is cleaning the territory and landscaping. Musin had justified complaints about the activities of the MBU, which he expressed both orally and in writing, including the Internet forum recognized by Musin. Sazonchik's cohabitant Oksana Malyshenkova, former investigator of the Serpukhov police department, in 2016 an employee of the Obolensk administration. According to the reviews of a woman familiar with Malyshenkova, she is painfully ambitious, sharp, and at the same time indiscriminate in intimate relationships, she tried to make a deputy head of Obolensk out of Sazonchik. Sazonchik, on the contrary, after a traumatic brain injury, took psychotropic drugs for a long time, suffered from panic attacks, and was extremely jealous. Sazonchik's intellectual abilities are illustrated by the fact that he hid the murder weapon for 6 years and suddenly decided to sell it.

It would seem that the case is solved, there is a spiritual mentor in the form of Malyshenkova, who pushed Sazonchik to labor and not only feats, if Sazonchik admitted guilt, logistical examinations, there is a weapon, there is everything. However, as Rucriminal.info found out, the investigation saw new prospects for receiving extraordinary shoulder straps and attaching Shestun to the case as a customer. There is not enough texture to connect Sazonchik with Shestun, or rather, it doesn’t exist at all, so you can think of it. So, firstly as a witness, and since April 2023, as a suspect, Sergey Poyarkov, the former head of Obolensk, joins the case. For the investigation, he is needed as a link. In the period of 2016, there was a conflict between Poyarkov and Musin, of which there are hundreds of thousands in Russia - one of them is power, the second is a critic of power. This is sufficient for the investigation. In the form of a remark, killing on the territory is absolutely not profitable for Poyarkov, since preparatory work is already underway to unite the Serpukhov district with Serpukhov, which means that informational silence is needed, or at least positive, but certainly not negative news with bloody content.

The weakly understanding Sazonchik is provided with a “free” lawyer, they promise a term below the lower limit and leave Malyshenkova’s beloved cohabitant free if Sazonchik testifies against Poyarkov and Shestun. It is not difficult at all to agree on such testimony with Malyshenkova - she is an obvious accomplice and a possible organizer of the murder, receives the status of a witness in the case, despite the fact that in the case there is her testimony about helping to organize the murder itself and cleaning up traces and evidence.

Now Malyshenkova is in Georgia, and the chances of returning are illusory.

The key figure is Sergey Poyarkov, an FSB pensioner, a lieutenant colonel, who is on trial in a collapsing corruption case and is in a pre-trial detention center. The prospect for Poyarkov is rather gloomy - according to the testimony of two lovers, he will leave for a colony as a customer for 20 years. Or give deliberately false testimony against Alexander Shestun and provide Shestun with a life sentence. For Poyarkov, a small problem arises - he will have to admit himself an accomplice in a crime to which he has nothing to do. This problem is really small against the background of the unprecedented pressure that the investigation is exerting on him right now.

Starting from an unspoken ban on the use of the FSIN store and a sharp reduction in the products transferred, to constant transfers from cell to cell without things, preskhats, pressIVS, sleeping on the floor in the cell, constant visits by operas with threats, blackmail, etc. The investigation really, to the point of gnashing of teeth, needs his testimony on Shestun, probably in uniform he has already been piercednew holes for the stars, and an obvious order from very big bosses to give Shestun a life sentence, but here all methods are good. You can even throw an FSB lieutenant colonel into the furnace of a merciless ice rink.

However, this whole story may end badly for the organizers of the attack on Poyarkov, since sooner or later the lack of evidence on two charges, corruption and murder, will become impossible to hide and the big bosses will have to somehow justify themselves for the attack in the spirit of the 90s on the former FSB officer and a completely ridiculous attempt to tie Shestun to an already solved and, in general, banal murder.

Alexander Shestun himself commented on the Cheka-OGPU and Rucriminal.info story:

“I didn’t have any conflicts with Musin. When the Head of Obolensk, Tatyana Efremova (my creature), asked me my opinion about Poyarkov, after I formalized it as the head of the administration of Obolensk, I replied: “I would not advise taking the gray cardinal of the Serpukhov FSB, but now you won’t drive him away, it’s too dangerous »

The storyteller, like Musin, I know very superficially. The budget of Obolensk is a penny. In no way did they coordinate their budget with me. There was not a single financial enterprise, as well as administrative. A couple of times I came to Obolensk to look at the improvement. Their contractor was an Armenian unknown to me.

There were no friendly or hostile relations with Poyarkov. He warned me about my impending arrest in 2018.

There's probably something wrong here."
