Mikhail Degtyarev’s inaction during the gasoline collapse in the Far East is explained not only by his inexperience, but also by his desire not to come into conflict with the owner of NNK JSC, influential at the federal level, Eduard Khudainatov. The technocrat sent to Khabarovsk immediately understood well the rules of the game that Furgal had not learned: any conflict with the federals is more dangerous than temporary popular discontent, and people can endure it.

To get rid of the unprofitable store for mothers “Puziko”, which had 1.5 million rubles in debt, Mikhail Degtyarev’s wife made a deal with fraudulent company liquidators. Six years ago, in August 2014, Galina Degtyareva gave her Puziko LLC to a certain citizen Andrei Rekhovsky, who is the head of 246 companies and the founder of 261. In the process of “reorganization in the form of merger,” Rekhovsky merged 31 companies, burdened with debts and lawsuits, into Puziko LLC. Puziko LLC was a defendant in the courts for a total amount of 210 million rubles. Thanks to Galina Degtyareva, scammers organized false bankruptcy of more than 30 companies and defrauded creditors of hundreds of millions of rubles. And it turns out that our “most honest and principled” husband, now the entire governor of the Khabarovsk Territory, Mikhail Degtyarev, approved of the fact that his wife sold off her unprofitable company to crooks in order to illegally get away from debts.
